BMW announced August 13 that it is recalling 200,000 of its cars from the 2006 3 Series, 2004-06 5 Series and 2004-06 X3 SUVs. 46 year old Bradley Tize, a resident of O'Fallon, IL, was struck by a car yesterday morning. When his car broke down on I-64, he abandoned the vehicle and began walking.
