A 14-year-old boy who suffers from Cerebral Palsy has been the victim of hate crimes twice in the past three months.
The boy was originally held down and beaten in August. Following that attack, he was scared to leave the house for a month and a half. When he eventually ventured out of the house after the initial attack, he was beaten and abused again in a park.
The boy is unable to feed or bathe himself. He was attacked by a group of 5 teenage boys in a park in Havana, Illinois. The boy's mother does not understand how anyone can attack a boy that cannot manage his own life.
