Four people were injured Friday evening in a multi-vehicle crash where a car struck a building in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood.
According to police News Affairs official Hector Alfaro, the three-vehicle accident occurred shortly before 8:00 p.m. at the intersection at South Hoyne Avenue and West 63rd Street. One of the vehicles struck a building, causing structural damage, Alfaro said.
Officiials with the Chicago Lawn Police Department said four people were injured, three critically. Two of the victims were transported in critical condition to John H. Stroger Jr. hospital of Cook County. According to Fire Media Affairs Chief Kevin MacGregor, the two other injured men were transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical and serious but stable condition
