A driver from Orland Park was recently sentenced to 7 years in prison for aggravated driving under the influence resulting in a death. The man admitted to authorities that he had drink 12 beers before getting into a fatal accident with a man who was the father of two teenagers.
The drunk driver drove into the opposite lanes and hit the father of two. The victim was taken to the Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. The man later died at this hospital from his injuries.
