On Tuesday night, an accident occurred in an envelope factory. Workers apparently looked over to where one of their coworkers was supposed to be and could not see him. On further inspection they found that he had been caught in the machine.

The type of machine that he was working on is not currently known. The man was taken to the hospital by the fire department and was later pronounced dead. An autopsy is scheduled, but it is believed to have been an accident.
