A couple who were seriously injured after the rear tire on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle deflated on the highway are suing Goodyear Dunlop Tires, alleging that the tire was improperly manufactured, and did not meet standards on rubber adhesion and amount of rubber on the tire. According to the lawsuit filed by Michael and Darla Green, the couple suffered injuries ranging from traumatic brain injury to broken bones and severe lacerations to emotional distress as a result of the accident.
