Kroger’s Faces Second Personal Injury Suit

by Administrator 29. July 2008 15:07
Last month Cincinnati-based grocery chain Kroger's was forced to recall beef items from its stores in Ohio and Michigan after a series of E. coli. outbreaks in the area were traced back to those stores. Today a lawsuit has been filed by a resident of Pickerington, OH, who alleges that he suffered from severe intestinal after consuming contaminated meat purchased from Kroger's. The chain has also had to recall salmon products sold in its Houston-area stores due to fears of listeria contamination. If you or a loved one has been injured by a poorly manufactured product, contact Chicago product liability attorneys Friedman & Bonebrake at 312-466-8200.
