A man who injured his tooth while eating a chicken sandwich from a Granite City Jack in the Box fast food restaurant has filed suit, claiming that the establishment's negligence caused his injuries. Jason Waters was eating a spicy chicken sandwich from Jack in the Box when he allegedly bit on a metal object in the sandwich, causing him to break his tooth. According to the lawsuit, filed in Madison County Circuit Court, Waters suffered severe dental injuries which will need continuing medical attention. Waters' suit claims that Jack in the Box was negligent in failing to properly train its employees and in failing to warn him about metal in the sandwich.
