An accident occurred on the southwest side of Chicago at Recycling Services Inc on Friday afternoon involving a paper baling machine. A man was somehow caught in the machine, killing him.

The Cook County medical examiner's office has ruled the man's death an accident. Whether or not the man worked at Recycling Services Inc was not known at the time of the accident.
