24-year old Gabriella Cedillo, a bank teller working as an extra for "Transformers 3", was injured in an accident on set over the summer.  'Transformers' has been filming in downtown Chicago for the past several months.

Cedillo was driving her 2006 Toyota through the set when a cable snapped and broke through her windshield.  The metal cable hit Cedillo in the head and she suffered serious brain injury.  Cedillo went to Loyola Medical Center for brain surgery and remains there in a medically induced comma.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Cedillo as she recovers from the accident.
