by Administrator 28. May 2008 11:05
A Wal-Mart store in Cahokia is being sued by a couple who claims that the company's negligence was responsible for the wife's serious slip and fall injuries. The lawsuit filed by Carolyn Case and her husband, John Case, also named Home City Ice Co. as a defendant. The couple claims that the store and ice company were negligent in placing an ice machine in an inappropriate location and failing to keep the floor dry. The Cases are seeking over $200,000 in damages. Have you been hurt in a slip and fall accident? If so, the property owner may be legally liable for your injuries.
